By purchasing a ticket for Skin Success Live, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Event details

Skin Success Live: Create Your Dream Life is a one-day, in-person event for skin and beauty business owners.

The event will take place in London on Sunday 24th January 2027.

The exact venue, arrival time and full event schedule will be confirmed to ticket holders by email once finalised.

The Organiser reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the event timings, running order, content and speakers where necessary.

2. Ticket options

General Admission

General Admission includes:

Admission to the full Skin Success Live event
Live goal-setting and business-planning sessions
The dream-life vision-board experience
The 12-month business-roadmap experience
The event workbook and accompanying planning resources
Opportunities to connect with other attendees

The standard General Admission price is £197.00.

VIP Upgrade

The VIP Upgrade is available as an optional £397.00 addition to a General Admission ticket.

VIP ticket holders receive everything included in General Admission, plus:

Priority front-row seating
An upgraded VIP goodie bag
An intimate round-table lunch with Kat
The opportunity to ask questions and discuss their plans in a smaller setting
A professional brand headshot

General Admission plus the VIP Upgrade costs £397.00 in total.

VIP availability is strictly limited.

The price payable is the price displayed and confirmed at checkout at the time of purchase.

3. Ticket purchase and payment

All tickets must be purchased in advance through the Organiser’s official booking platform.

Payment in full is required at the time of booking to secure a place.

A booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been issued.

It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate email address during checkout. Important information about the event will be sent to that address.

The purchaser must check that the ticket type and booking details shown in the confirmation are correct and notify the Organiser promptly of any errors.

4. Cancellations, refunds and transfers

Tickets are non-refundable if an attendee changes their mind or is unable to attend, except where a refund is required by law or expressly provided for in these Terms.

If an attendee can no longer attend, they may request a name change up to 14 days before the event by emailing gemma@thefacetonic.co.uk.

Name changes are subject to the Organiser’s approval and may only apply to the complete ticket purchased. A VIP Upgrade cannot be separated from its accompanying General Admission ticket.

Tickets must not be resold for more than the original purchase price or used for competitions, promotions, advertising or commercial purposes without the Organiser’s prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms affects an attendee’s statutory rights.

5. Cancellation, postponement or material changes by the Organiser

If the Organiser cancels the event and does not provide a rescheduled date, ticket holders will be entitled to a refund of the ticket price paid.

If the event is postponed or rescheduled, purchased tickets will ordinarily remain valid for the replacement date. Where required by applicable law, ticket holders will also be offered the appropriate refund or alternative remedy.

The Organiser may change the venue to another suitable London venue where reasonably necessary. If a change materially alters what was purchased, the Organiser will provide any remedy required under applicable consumer law.

The Organiser is not responsible for attendees’ travel, accommodation or other associated expenses. Attendees are advised to use flexible or refundable booking options where possible.

6. VIP lunch, allergies and dietary requirements

VIP ticket holders will be invited to attend the VIP round-table lunch.

VIP attendees must notify the Organiser of any allergies, intolerances or dietary requirements by emailing gemma@thefacetonic.co.uk no later than 14 days before the event.

The Organiser and venue will make reasonable efforts to accommodate dietary requirements notified by the deadline. However, food will be prepared in an environment where allergens may be present, and a completely allergen-free environment cannot be guaranteed.

Attendees with serious allergies remain responsible for assessing whether the food provided is suitable for them and should take any precautions they would ordinarily require.

7. Professional VIP headshot

The professional brand headshot is available only to eligible VIP ticket holders.

Headshots will take place during an allocated period at the event. VIP attendees must attend at their allocated time; an alternative session cannot be guaranteed if that time is missed.

The format, photographer, backdrop, image selection, editing and delivery arrangements will be determined by the Organiser and communicated to VIP ticket holders.

The headshot has no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or redeemed separately from the VIP event ticket.

8. Accessibility and additional requirements

Attendees who have accessibility requirements or require reasonable adjustments should contact gemma@thefacetonic.co.uk as early as possible.

The Organiser will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requirements but cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled, particularly where notice is provided close to the event date or the request is outside the Organiser’s reasonable control.

9. Attendee responsibilities

Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for their own travel, accommodation and any other expenses associated with attending the event.

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.

Any business, financial or personal decisions made as a result of attending Skin Success Live remain the responsibility of the attendee. Event content is provided for educational and informational purposes and does not constitute individual financial, legal, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice.

Specific business or financial results are not guaranteed.

10. Behaviour and conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards speakers, staff, venue personnel and other attendees.

Harassment, discrimination, threatening behaviour, serious disruption or conduct that places another person’s safety or enjoyment at risk will not be tolerated.

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or remove an attendee whose behaviour is considered inappropriate, unsafe or seriously disruptive. No refund will be provided where removal results from the attendee’s own conduct.

Attendees must comply with reasonable instructions issued by the Organiser and venue staff, including health, safety and security requirements.

11. Photography, filming and media

The event may be photographed, filmed and recorded for the Organiser’s business, editorial and promotional purposes.

Attendees may appear incidentally in photographs, video footage or audio captured in communal event spaces.

Attendees who do not wish to be identifiable in event photography or filming should notify the Organiser in writing before the event and make themselves known to the registration team upon arrival. The Organiser will take reasonable steps to respect the request, although it may not be possible to guarantee exclusion from every wide-angle or crowd image.

Close-up interviews, testimonials or individually staged promotional content will be handled separately where appropriate.

Attendees must not record speakers’ presentations or reproduce event materials for commercial use without prior written permission.

12. Intellectual property

All event presentations, workbooks, exercises, templates, recordings and supporting materials remain the intellectual property of the Organiser or the relevant speaker or creator.

Materials are provided for the attendee’s personal and internal business use only.

Attendees must not copy, reproduce, sell, distribute, publish, teach from or commercially exploit the event content or materials without prior written permission.

13. Data protection and communications

Personal information collected during booking will be processed for purposes including:

Managing and administering the booking
Processing payment
Delivering the event
Communicating essential event information
Managing dietary, accessibility or safety requirements
Maintaining appropriate business and transaction records

Information may be shared with service providers such as Kajabi, payment processors, the event venue, caterers, photographers and other event suppliers where reasonably necessary to administer the booking or deliver the event.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Organiser’s privacy policy and applicable data-protection law.

Essential service messages relating to a booking may be sent regardless of whether the attendee has opted into promotional marketing.

Promotional emails will be handled separately in accordance with the attendee’s marketing preferences and applicable law.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Subject to the above, the Organiser will not be responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the ticket was purchased or for business losses incurred by an attendee.

The Organiser is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings unless caused by the Organiser’s negligence.

15. Circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control

The Organiser will not be responsible for delays, disruption or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances genuinely outside its reasonable control.

These circumstances may include severe weather, transport disruption, industrial action, public-health emergencies, government restrictions, venue closure, utility failure, civil disorder, terrorism or the serious illness or incapacity of a key speaker.

Where such circumstances affect the event, the Organiser will communicate with ticket holders as soon as reasonably possible and may reschedule, relocate or cancel the event.

This clause does not remove or restrict any refund or other rights that attendees have under applicable law.

16. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

The courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction, except where an attendee is legally entitled to bring a claim in another part of the United Kingdom.
